As the lead designer overseeing the redesign of Mercedes-Benz's point-of-sale software, I undertook a critical role in transforming the user interface and overall user experience for this essential system. Collaborating closely with the Mercedes-Benz team, I delved into understanding the unique requirements and intricacies of their sales processes.

My responsibilities included conducting thorough user research, identifying pain points in the existing software, and conceptualizing design solutions that seamlessly integrated with the brand's identity while optimizing efficiency for dealership staff.
